About Ascension Counselling

At Ascension Counselling we seek to empower you to come to a deeper understanding of the inner longings of your heart. Through this understanding we seek to support you with exercising greater autonomy and self determination in all aspects of your life.  

We offer individual counselling to support you through challenges associated with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, addiction, trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, relationship issues and anger management. We also offer Christian Counselling services if you are seeking to integrate your faith into your healing journey.  

At Ascension Counselling, we use a person centred approach which honours your unique experience of the world. Through this approach we integrate Cognitive Behavioural, Internal Family Systems, Solution Focussed and Emotion Focussed Therapies.
